If you would like to register with the practice please come into the practice with proof of identity.
Important -
With effect from 4th March appointments will be available to book from 8am for the whole day (there will be no appointments released at 2pm as previously)Important -
From 20th September our telephone lines will be open from 08:00 until 18:30 but will remain closed during the hours of 12:00 - 14:00.
