There is a national directive for all CCG’s to implement extended hours in Primary Care. Our Primary Care team has already been discussing our early thinking and receiving feedback. To help inform this process, as well as using data from the National Patient Survey, today we have launched a patient questionnaire which we would like to reach as many patient groups as possible.
The aim is to get a clear picture of when patients in Luton would like to access care, to understand the true demand from patients, enabling us to design services that best fit the requirements of our population.
