Patient Reference Group

We are looking for ways to improve our service to your. To help in this process we would invite you to join our patient reference group.

To be involved, you will be asked to fill in a small questionnaire, 3-4 times a year. The questionnaire can be filled in online, or sent in the post.

The types of information you would be asked about would concern:

• Patients’ priorities and issues.
  
• Planned practice changes.
  
• Care Quality Commission issues.
  
• National GP patient survey issues.

There would also be an annual meeting at the surgery.
